He won 1st place last night after an exciting battle in the first ever Cyprus Poker Network online league game.
39 players joined Kim and myself (appleinsider and CypusPete) for the inaugural CPN game and early on it was clear the standard of play was going to be very high.

Chip leader from Friday, former child chess prodigy Geoff Sarwer departed the tournament in 10th with a couple of unlucky hands first against Debus and then against Oleksandr Vaserfirer to give Vaserfirer a big lead going into the last 8.

When the dust settled at the end of day 2 of the EPT in a very cold but beautiful Warsaw online qualifier Clayton Mozdzen (pictured) was chip leader. As the players shuffled off to enjoy their sour cabbage soup the 148 players at the start of the day had been reduced to just 56.
